Shall We Buy A Ticket for Toy Story 4?

For many years, Pixar animation movie has played an important role in the animation movie market. With limited animation movies, Pixar Studio not only gained over 6.5 billion dollars in box office, but also four Academy Awards. The amazing charm of Pixar animation movie has once again proved by its latest movie Brave in 2012. Moreover, Pixar Studio in recent days once again draws the world’s attention with some rumors instead of Brave.

Rumors come out that Pixar is about to make two films: Finding Nemo 2 and Toy Story 4. Since Toy Story 3 and Find Nemo are the top two most profitable Pixar animation movies, Pixar may expect to get more profits from their sequels. However, people hold totally different opinions towards those two movies. In general, most people think releasing Finding Nemo 2 is terrific but producing Toy Story 4 is inappropriately.

The rumors about Toy Story 4 were initially released by Tom Hanks, actor voicing for Woody. Though the reliability of the rumors hasn’t been proved, many fans start to worry about the future of Toy Story 4. For those Toy Story fans, Toy Story 4 is totally unnecessary provided it may be a prequel. For many audiences, Toy Story movies have contained all the elements they want and an extra one will ruin all those good feelings.

Shall we buy a ticket for Toy Story 4? Everyone gets his own answer. However, before making the decision, one needs to have a general review over Toy Story trilogy. Since the DVDs versions of Toy Story movies are available, one can enjoy DVDs on Samsung Galaxy S3 by converting DVDs to MP4 videos. Here is a general review over the plots of Toy Story movies.

1. Toy Story

When Buzz comes to the house, he steals all the thunder of Woody. Therefore, the jealous Woody decides to get rid of Buzz. However, when Buzz faces great danger, he decides to rescue him. However, they get limited time to celebrate because they need to get back to Andy who is moving without them.

2. Toy Story 2

When Woody is stolen by a toy collector, Buzz and his friends decide to get Woody back. However, Woody is facing the temptation of immortality in the museum. However, Woody finds his loyalty and decides to get back to Andy. When he is about to be taken to the plane to Japan, he is finally rescued in the last minute.

3. Toy Story 3

When Andy grows up, he doesn’t play with toys anymore. After feel being abandoned, toys all go to a care center regardless of Woody’s persuasion. There they meet the evil bear named Lotso who holds a grudge towards all the happy toys. To escape from the house, Woody and his friends need to beat Lotso. In the end, Woody and his friends find a new owner who treats them nicely just like Andy once did.

Those are the general review over the plots of Toy Story movies. To be honest, those three movies have done what they could possible do. I don’t think any ending can be better than Toy Story 3 who earned both money and tears.

If Toy Story 4 is a prequel, one won’t buy a ticket because he can’t see Buzz. If it is a sequel, few are willing to buy a ticket because it won’t be better than Toy Story 3. Maybe the only chance for Toy Story 4 to gain success is to make it a short movie for festival just as Scared Shrekless did.
