5. In Cold Blood

Without ghost, no monster, no Gothic-style building, this movie scares people for one reason: the story is based on a true story: two robbers murdered a rural family but only got 40 dollars. The movie was made in Holcombe. The house that has witnessed such massacre is on sale at present.
